At Black Mountain Clothing, we are confident you will be delighted with the quality of our products and service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team within 28 days of the purchase date.
Our Guarantee
Subject to the criteria below, we will refund the full price of the product in question. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Products
All Black Mountain products are made to order using high-quality materials and produced using our state-of-the-art embroidery and digital printing equipment.
As each item is custom-produced, we ask customers to carefully review all artwork, sizes, and options before placing an order.
Exclusions & Limitations
While we take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, the following circumstances are outside of our control and are therefore not covered by our guarantee:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors supplied by the customer
- Inferior quality or low-resolution artwork uploaded by the customer
- Design errors introduced during the customer design process
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type, colour, or size
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. To keep costs down and pass savings on to our customers, Black Mountain does not proof customer-created artwork before production.
